The Gravity Distributor can be variably adjusted to the different depths of your portafilter. Using gravity, the distributor's blade finds the perfect resistance on the puck bed and smoothes the coffee grounds, taking advantage of every gap. The result is a perfect distribution every time.

 

It consists of 6 blades and balances the puck bed from the center out at a consistent rate. The puck is perfectly aligned with the edge of the basket using pointed plates.
